After only 2 months of use a drive motor went bad. Customer service was responsive but unwilling to actually help. 15 email responses full of excuses why they will not cover their product. The “worry free warranty” is unfortunately a false statement. The vacuum is a complete waste of money. Do not buy this product.
Customer support just dead ends. No way to purchase/replace defective clean water tank!
We have double padded plush carpet, this vacuum works well for dog hair too! Holds charge well, navigates around obstacles and even mops the kitchen. Self emptying feature is another plus. Totally recommend for anyone who wants a Daily cleaning the easy way. We still vacuum on deep clean day and regularly shampoo our carpets to keep them fresh and increase longevity of our carpet.
I like that the Yeedi goes seamlessly between sweeping the floor and vacuuming the carpet, can find it’s recharge station, recharge and dump its dust bin generally without any help. On its first full cleaning I did have to clear the dustbin because it had so much dog fur that it actually matted in the dustbin and the suction on the station could not clear it alone. No problem, it’s easy to do! It also mops (the drag version) but with routine use this has really made a huge difference in all my floors. I am very happy with this unit!
I used it everyday for the last year and four months. I cleaned and maintained it as required. It developed a high pitch noise and quit moving forward. I took it apart and cleaned and lubricated parts that I could, but could not fix the problems. The troubleshooting link on website does not work. Disappointed that I will need to replace it less than 18 months after purchase
