Cost

 We offer free ground shipping for the U.S. on all orders placed on our website. If you need priority shipping, the cost will be calculated at checkout.

 Note: We do not ship to P.O. Box and PA addresses. 

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Free Ground Shipping usually takes 2– 5 business days for delivery, Priority Shipping takes 1-3 business days for delivery.

Note: These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

You will receive an email with the tracking link of your package once it is shipped.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

No, an order placed in our U.S. store is only available for domestic shipping. However, you can visit yeedi Europe, Canada, Japan, Singapore for more.

What can I do if the shipment is lost or my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to yeedi customer support (support@yeedi.com) for replacement or refund.
